Access:  The property is accessed by turning off a paved county-maintained road onto a dirt logging road.  You travel roughly 4.7 miles down the logging road to reach the property (the road is shown as a dashed yellow line on the map provided below).  This property is best accessed with a 4WD truck or side x side.

Land:  There are 40 acres of land included in this transaction.  The land is mostly wooded with an impressive stand of timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma including a diverse variety of oaks and some impressive saw log size native shortleaf pine trees. This is a very remote and secluded setting.  Wildlife are frequently seen on the property.
