The assignment of interest to royalties and other profits received as a result of the Wind Energy Lease dated and effective as of date related to the following real property located in the county of Washita, State of Oklahoma:  The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section One (1), Township Eight (8) North, Range Seventeen (17) West of the Indian Meridian, Washita County, Oklahoma.

Tracts 1 & 2 will be sold individually and then in combination.
