The Jayco has an 18' awning, 50 amp wiring upgrade, slide-out living room, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower & bunkbeds (sleeps 10). Only has delivery miles on it, has very little use. The Carolina carport measures 18'w x 40'l x12'h, rain gutters run down both sides that funnel the water down PVC piping into 2x650 gallon above ground water tanks. Installed on the carport roof are 4x100 watt solar panels that run through Morningstar solar change controller into 4 deep cycle RV batteries. There is 400 watt AC power inverter inside the RV.
